I have been playing my old hand beaten singing bowl purchased from Dechen Collections at different locations. Singing bowls always help me center my thoughts and meditate at home, but I was surprised by how the soothing sound of the bowl enhanced my meditative state of mind even at this already peaceful lake surrounded by mountains.
